Bulacan surely doesn’t fail to satisfy our gastronomic needs. It is in fact a home to several food destinations that are mostly Filipino. But did you know that you can also enjoy Italian-American casual fine dining without having to get out of the province? No problem with having sudden cravings for italian food as Casie’s Restaurant is here to please your taste buds!

Casie’s Restaurant offers chef-driven menu, while also accommodating people’s demand for speed and convenience. They serve unique and upscale food options, but in a friendlier and more laid-back atmosphere.

Simply put, you can roll in wearing your t-shirt and flip flops and savor your food made with luxurious ingredients served in beautiful presentations — and nobody’s going to care!

Located along MacArthur Highway, this cozy restaurant is easy to locate. It is conveniently situated near malls, schools, and other establishments in Malolos city proper. It might sound quite bustling considering the location, but it’s not as disorderly as in the Metro.

It’s amazing that you’d get to experience a Maginhawa/Taguig vibes in an off-the-beaten province. This is certainly a kind of restaurant that everybody would want in their own neighborhood!

Enter Casie’s Restaurant and you’re greeted by a cheerful and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant has an indoor-outdoor vibes, thanks to its full glass walls! Even the staff are readily available to assist you.

They offer indoor and al fresco dining which is important to consider these days. You have the option to dine al fresco and feel the fresh air, or dine inside to just sit back and relax. They made sure that all their staff are fully-vaccinated against covid-19 so we’ll all feel a little more at ease. The restaurant is huge having different dining spots which means lesser chance of being crowded and easier to maintain a safe distance from other diners.

Aside from being roomy enough to give diners a space to breathe and move around, they also strictly follow social distancing protocols. The interiors are chic and vibrant, making the restaurant look and feel more like a cafe — with a fine-dining menu.

As for the food, they offer diners an upscale meal experience comprising salad & soup, appetizer, pizza, pasta, main course, dessert, beverages, and cocktails. You will not run out of unique food choices and everything they serve are freshly cooked and made with prime ingredients. Above all, their plating and food presentation are quite impressive!

The service is also commendable. We were served a full course meal in minutes, as in a fast-casual dining. And it’s amazing that even with a quick service, the quality of food was not compromised.

As for the authenticity of the taste, I don’t think we’re the right people to tell as we haven’t been to Italy. But we surely enjoyed the food and we can say that the meals served are of good quality. I guess even though it’s Italian, they still make a little adjustments to cater to Filipino taste.

Among the meals served to us, what stood out for me were the stuffed chicken wings (which I forgot the official name) and the Pomodorini Pasta. The stuffed chicken wings was such a unique appetizer, crispy on the outside and the filling was exploding with texture beyond the chicken. The Pomodorini Pasta was palatable, I’m not so fond of tomato chunks but surprisingly, I loved the dish that much!

All the staff looked neat and presentable despite being busy with everything. They are nice, accommodating, and professional. They always make sure to wear their masks properly and we’ve never seen an instance that they removed their masks while working.

It’s also worth mentioning that the tableware, including the drinking glass, were safely wrapped in plastic to keep it clean and avoid exposure.

For the price, it’s not that expensive considering the quality and fine-dining options, but it’s not that cheap as well. For us, the price is reasonable and you’ll surely get your money’s worth.

If you’re bringing a private vehicle, there’s an ample space for free parking on premises.

Interestingly, there’s an airplane (a real one) standing at the parking area. Although it’s not destined to fly, but will soon become a major attraction. They plan on using it as an exclusive dining area perfect for couples celebrating their anniversary. Dinner date inside a plane, how romantic?

All in all, we’re greatly satisfied with our food experience. Casie’s Restaurant is a perfect dining place may it be a weekend family dinner, bonding with friends, dinner date, or even just solo — everyone is welcome! It’s perfect as a venue for special occasions as well. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, job promotion, or anything that you want to celebrate, Casie’s Restaurant is the place to be!
