Private pools and exclusive stays are now becoming more and more in-demand especially now that covid is still around and we need to co-exist with it. While we can no longer travel like before, but I guess we could at least celebrate some of our infrequent family occasions safely and responsibly, right? Villa Ellizia is a perfect place where you could gather with your loved ones away from the crowd, and just a couple of hour’s drive from Metro Manila. It is your home away from home.

What to expect at Villa Ellizia

Villa Ellizia is a vacation house complete with everything your whole family needs for a staycation. It has a swimming pool with kiddie pool, parking space, a total of four bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms. The whole property is well maintained and you will really get the privacy that you need.

Let me tour you around and let’s start with the outdoor facilities then inside the house. Let’s go!

Note: I will share the rates at the later part of this post.

Swimming Pool Area

Having my afternoon swim

The swimming pool area may not be the most spacious one there is but definitely enough for your family’s enjoyment. Surrounding the pools are plants, palm trees, and lots of outdoor lounges where you could hangout and relax.

There’s an instagrammable day-bed by the poolside along with two swing chairs under the trees. On the other side of the pool are rattan chairs with a coffee table where you could chill or laze the afternoon away. There’s even a 6-seater outdoor dining if you’re in the mood for a boodle fight or just a simple al fresco dinner!

The swimming pool has 4-6ft depth and looks so clean. It has a children’s pool where the kids could safely enjoy and play in the water. We also loved how the pool glows at night with mini fountains and a waterfall stepping up the relaxing pool experience!

At the back side of the waterfall is an outdoor shower so you could wash up first before swimming. A comfort room is available near the pool where you could rinse after a swim or in case nature calls, so you won’t need to enter the house soaking wet.

Just lounging at the gazebo

Just across the pool area is a Gazebo with comfy chairs and a coffee table. It is also accessible through the sliding glass door from the living room. Such a peaceful corner where you could daydream or read your favorite book. The seats are so comfy and clean you wouldn’t mind staying here for hours!

Brace yourselves for more photos of me because it’s just me and Jec on this trip 😉
Perfect for instagram!

Parking Space

The parking space is just in front of the Gazebo and beside the pool area, with plants subdividing each area. It can fit one SUV/van/sedan, or two hatchbacks.

Living Room

Living room

Let’s now go inside the house. First thing I noticed were the ceiling and lightings as they made everything look dainty and glowing. Hotel feels but still homey! We loved that everything was clean, spotless, and orderly.

The living room has a 55″ LED Smart TV with Karaoke and Netflix ready. It was such a comfort lazing on the sofa while watching Netflix and munching on some snacks!

I’m honestly not into leather furnitures because they get sticky when humid. Good thing the living room has its own airconditioning so you could comfortably stay on the sofa as long as you want.

A corner where you could just chill or have some entertainment

I also liked the huge mirror at the living area as it made the space look more roomy. Interiors are so simple with just a few decors which I actually liked as it made everything look more easy on the eyes thus more relaxing. So minimalist and dainty!

Kitchen and Dining

Kitchen & dining area

The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. Also provided are plates, cutleries, and glassware. Refrigerator is available to use if you plan to bring food supplies and some drinks. Drinking water was also provided on a hot/cold dispenser.

Dining area has 8-seater dining table plus 2 more seats on the breakfast bar at the kitchen. I don’t know but for me upholstered dining chairs always seem to level up the luxury score every single time. It gives an impression that the owner is so willing to go the extra mile on maintenance just to provide maximum comfort!

There’s a dirty kitchen at the back where you could do all the cooking. A powder room is also available near the kitchen (toilet and sink only, bathrooms are upstairs and at the pool area).

Airconditioned bedroom with pool view

The bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house. There are 4 bedrooms in total. We were provided a room with a pool view, and another room facing the parking space. The first room (pool view) has a double bed with pull-out, making it fit for up to 4 persons. While the second room has a double bed with foldable floor mattress. Both rooms are airconditioned with built-in wardrobe and a desk. Since we’re just 2 persons we only used the first room.

The comfort room at the second floor is clean and basic. It has a well-functioning shower heater with strong water pressure. The toilet has a bidet and the flush is working well.

All in all, we had a nice and comfortable stay at Villa Ellizia. Stylish yet minimalist, so many amenities yet very well-maintained. My personal favorite spots are the Gazebo and of course the pool area. While Jec liked the living room so much! This place is perfect for any occasions and private gatherings. A place where you can make more happy memories with your family and friends!
