    A tiny island in an open sea faraway from everything, such unspoiled beauty that can only be found in a truly secluded place. Indeed, God has His way of preserving His top masterpieces by placing them in remote areas. One of them is Seco Island, a distant island off-shore Tibiao, Antique. Seco Island (seco means “elbow” in the local language) lies in the Sulu Sea, 50 kilometers west of Panay Mainland. The island is great for kite-surfing, as strong wind blows almost all year round.     “Where Mountains Meet the Sea” Just looking at the province’s tagline, you will already have a good preview of the place. It is the province where you will pass by the road and when you look at one side, it’s all mountains, and on the other side, it’s the vast sea! One skimpy road and some rice fields in between, that’s how close they are with each other. As a result, it was automatically listed in everyone’s summer bucket-list.
